The precise reproduction of Warlord Asakura Yoshikage's suit of armor featuring the distinctive Origami head-decoration. 100% handcrafted by 30 or more skillfull artisans. Principle parts of this set are made of iron but the Origami header-decoration is made of wood to keep the whole suit well balanced as the original one. This Yoroi comes with all parts and accessories listed in the charts below, and can be worn, if desired.
Asakura Yoshikage (朝倉 義景, October 12, 1533 – September 16, 1573) was a Japanese daimyō of the Sengoku period (1467–1603) who ruled a part of Echizen Province in present-day Fukui Prefecture. Yoshikage's conflicts with Oda Nobunaga (1534–1582) resulted in his death and the destruction of the Asakura clan and its castle, Ichijōdani Castle.
This suit's body armor is constructed by hand, using multiple iron pieces, genuine leather, beautiful silk lacings and elaborately crafted chainmail. This Yoroi comes with all parts and accessories listed in the charts below, and can be worn, if desired

The word of "Go Forth" on box.
The Japanese character painted on the storage box is Zen (前) that means “Go Forth” in English. This word is from the mantra of victory called Kuji-Kiri that samurai warriors have intoned in formal ceremony to go to battlefield.
