THE MOST DIFFICULT HELMET TO FORGE
Life size black armor modeled after the battle armor worn by the warriors during the increasingly turbulent ear of the 1500's. It is brought back to life by our skilled artisans, who meticulously shape each piece by hand. Finished with matte black lacquer painting with small rivets. This set features a MOMONARI, or "Peach head-shaped" kabuto, that is a most difficult part of samurai equipment to forge and is one of the most popular helmet styles amongst the warlords of Japan's Sengoku Jidai (Warring States Period). The principle parts of this Yoroi are handcrafted out of iron by our skilled artisans in Japan. This historical armor set, suitable to display or wear, consists of the Kabuto, Yoroi and Kogusoku parts and accessories you see listed in the charts below. Your armor will also come in a black lacquered wooden storage box that doubles as a beautiful stand for you to proudly display your Yoroi.
This suit’s body armor is constructed by hand, using multiple iron pieces, beautiful placings and elaborately crafted chainmail. This Yoroi armor comes with all parts and accessories listed in the charts below, and can be worn.
A number of traditional Japanese family crests can be added to the storage box for free. You can choose your favorite samurai crest from our list.
