Antique Katana sword in Ornate Mounting
Swordsmith: YOSHIMICHI
A complete set of antique Katana long sword and ornate mountings. Very beautiful antique real steel blade created by Yoshimichi in early Edo peiod, 1600's. Finished with Notare zig-zag tempered line patterns. Inscription of the sword smith, his title and imperial crest of the Chrysanthemum are engraved on the tang. The blade comes in a red urushi lacquered scabbrad and complete set of ornate mountings including extremely stunning Tsuba guard. Shirasaya wooden holder comes with.
